About Dr. Victoria Teoh

Dr. Victoria Teoh is a practicing registrar in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in the United Kingdom. She graduated from the University of Southampton with dual-qualification in Medicine and a 1st class Honours in Biomedical Sciences in 2006. Following completion of her Basic Surgical Training at St Thomas’ Hospital and St George’s Hospital in London, she completed her higher specialist training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Yorkshire. Having been conferred a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England), she is completing a Fellowship in Breast Reconstructive Surgery at the Royal Marsden Hospital Foundation Trust, the largest cancer research hospital in Europe.
During her tenure, she has gained an International Masters in Microsurgery and participated actively in research, with 55 national and international presentations, 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals and awarded 5 national prizes for research. In pursuing her interest in medical negligence, she is currently undertaking a Masters in Medical Law.
Victoria is passionate about educating and moulding future generations of surgeons. She is a faculty tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons (England) Surgical Skills and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. In addition to this, she has tutored on medical school interview courses for the last 5 years, including working with those applying to university from disadvantaged backgrounds.
